This meal plan has been designed for you to to able to pick and choose your meals for the week while staying on track with your goals! Each meal provides over 30g of protein, plus 1-2 snacks per day will help to ensure you are getting enough protein on a plant-based diet! Individual requirements will vary from person to person, but this can be used as a guide to help you plan a healthy balanced diet for the week ahead!
