SOURDOUGH & A SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • TOAST

    • However many slices of your favourite sourdough you desire (macros are based on 2 slices)

    • 1tbsp natural peanut butter

    • Banana, sliced

    • Cacao nibs (optional)

    • 1/2 avocado

    • S + P to taste

  • SMOOTHIE

    • 1 cup soy milk

    • 1 scoop of your favourite vegan protein

    • 2 cubes frozen kale

    • 1/2 frozen banana

    • 1/2 cup frozen berries

    • 2cm thumb each fresh ginger and turmeric, peeled

    • 3-4 ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Place all blender ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth. Adding water as necessary to blend or to reach desired consistency.

  2. Cook toast and top sweet slices with peanut butter, banana and cacao nibs, and savoury slices with avocado, salt, and pepper.

  3. Enjoy!
