INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla plant-protein powder of choice
1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
Extra water as required.
Toppings:
Fresh fruit of choice - I personally love to switch it up and use seasonal fruits where possible!
Cacao nibs
Nut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
METHOD
Place oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and matcha into a jar or bowl.
Pour in the milk and mix well until everything is combined.
Stir in the frozen berries.
If the mixture is too dry, pour in a little extra water (this will depend on the protein powder you use. You want a consistency that is slightly more liquid than you would want to eat as the moisture absorbs overnight).
Cover and leave to set overnight.
In the morning, top with your favourites, and enjoy!
