INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats, blended

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2 spotty and ripe bananas (essential for sweetness)

  • 2 cups soy milk (oat milk also works well)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

METHOD

  1. Begin by lining a banana bread tin and preheating your oven to 175 degrees Celcius.

  2. Next, place the oats in your blender and blending until fine.

  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the cacao powder and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour half of the mixture into the cake tin.

  5. Add the cacao powder to the remaining mixture and blend until well combined.

  6. Pour this mixture over the top of the vanilla mixture.

  7. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place in the fridge to “set” overnight before slicing for best taste.

  9. Once cooled - slice and enjoy!
