INGREDIENTS
1-2 tbsp buckwheat flour (regular flour also works if you aren't gluten free)
2 heaped tbsp vegan protein powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
2/3 cup soy milk (I use Vitasoy unsweetened protein plus)
1 tbsp peanut butter
Fresh/frozen berries
Other topping ideas
Plant-based yogurt
METHOD
Place all cake ingredients in a mug and mix together until well combined and you have a cake mixture consistency.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Top with berries and peanut butter (or any of your favourites) and enjoy!
