HIGH PROTEIN PESTO
MAKES 1 SMALL JAR | TAKES 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
300g silken tofu
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 bunch basil leaves, picked and rinsed
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Salt (a pinch or adjust to your preferred amount)
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!
Enjoy on top of nourish bowls or stirred through pasta!
Store in a jar in the fridge
