HIGH PROTEIN PESTO

MAKES 1 SMALL JAR | TAKES 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 3 tbsp pine nuts

  • 1 bunch basil leaves, picked and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

  • Salt (a pinch or adjust to your preferred amount)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!

  2. Enjoy on top of nourish bowls or stirred through pasta!

  3. Store in a jar in the fridge
