INGREDIENTS
1 cup plant-based milk
1 scoop chai plant-based protein powder (or vanilla if you wan’t a traditional iced coffee)
Coffee shot
Ice
METHOD
Prepare your coffee shot and leave this to the side
Next, in a high powder blender, blend the soy milk, protein powder, and 4-5 cubes of ice until smooth.
In your favourite glass, place 4-5 more ice cubes along with your coffee shot, then pour over the protein mix.
