INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 scoop chai plant-based protein powder (or vanilla if you wan’t a traditional iced coffee)

  • Coffee shot

  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Prepare your coffee shot and leave this to the side

  2. Next, in a high powder blender, blend the soy milk, protein powder, and 4-5 cubes of ice until smooth.

  3. In your favourite glass, place 4-5 more ice cubes along with your coffee shot, then pour over the protein mix.

  4. Enjoy!!
