INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut water
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup raspberries
30g vanilla protein powder
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a high powder blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more water if need or if a thinner consistency is desired.
Pour into your favourite glass, and enjoy!
