INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powder blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more water if need or if a thinner consistency is desired.

  2. Pour into your favourite glass, and enjoy!
