INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant-based milk or coconut water

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3-4 cubes of frozen kale (~75g)

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • Extra ice (optional to make it extra thick)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more water if you want a thinner smoothie.

  2. Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy!
