CHILLI JAM

MAKES 1 SMALL JAR | TAKES 5-10 MINUTES (plus leave to sit overnight)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tin tomatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 4 tbsp tamari sauce

  • 3cm thumb of ginger, peeled

  • 3 tbsp cup coconut sugar

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded

METHOD

  1. Prepare all ingredients as necessary.

  2. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend/pulse until well combined.

  3. Pour into an airtight jar and leave to set overnight in the fridge before using for best results.

  4. Use on top of nourish bowls and curries as required! Store in the fridge at a cold temperature in an air tight jar.
