Through nourishing plant-based foods, targeted strength training, mindset shifts, and developing healthy habits - this program will have you feeling confident in your food choices, your body, and yourself.

WHY TRUST ME AS YOUR COACH?
I have spent years of my life struggling with my relationship with food, exercising for hours, losing my period, tired all the time, afraid to eat out, too scared of my body changing to make any changes, basing all of my worth on what I looked like and the opinions of others, prioritising aesthetics over my health, convinced I could only have one or the other.
To now eating to nourish rather than punish my body, exercising strengthen myself not shrink myself, having a healthy and regular cycle, and living my life from a place of self-love. I have gone from trying to keep myself as small as possible, to growing my body (and my glutes), and finding body confidence, and I want to help you do the same.
The common theme through all of these struggles, was a lack of self-worth. The way we think, feel, and talk about ourselves is the foundation of everything that follows - how we eat, how we move, how we live, and what we achieve. You need to know your worth to be successful in any and every aspect of your life. Whether thats looking after your health, having healthy relationships, creating an aligned career, everything. I can give you all the recipes, all the workouts, all the tips in the world, but without first cultivating love for yourself, these will only be a means to an end, and once you reach that end, you still won’t be satisfied. I know because I’ve been there, and I want to help you find a better way.
I also have experience living with chronic illness and adapting to a new normal, so you will be getting a coach who understands what it’s like to not always have agency over your body, how to move through that with grace, and not let it stop you from achieving your goals. I know how disheartening it can be to feel like you’re doing all the right things for your body, try your hardest to plan things perfectly, for your mind to be saying one thing, but your body another. To feel like you’re not living up to your potential. So whatever you are struggling with - I want to help you feel your best, inside and out - because everyone deserves that.
My approach to health and wellness is holistic. We look at all areas of your life to achieve your health and wellness goals. Just like in nature, everything in our bodies is connected and therefore in order to achieve the outer work, we must first do the inner work in order for our goals to be sustainable and enjoyable. We take a look at your diet, lifestyle, movement, and mindset to have you feeling your best and healthiest self.
Sometimes all you need is a bit of support and knowledge to help you through the other side - and that’s exactly what you’ll be getting with me in your corner.
