In my program I use the 3:2:2 training method, incorporating strength training, yoga/pilates, and cardio to have you feeling like a flexible Pilates princess with a peach.
This is a high-touch program so whether you are a complete beginner, a seasoned pro, or somewhere in the middle - my coaching is tailored to YOU. With detailed workouts, video demonstrations, and clear guidance on sets, reps, and rest times, you’ll have everything you need to train effectively and reach your goals.

Finding high-protein plant-based meals can be difficult - with many recipes including foods that aren’t actually getting you any closer to your muscle building goals despite your hardest efforts.
In my coaching program you will have access to a library of delicious, actually high-protein meals tailored to your preferences, making healthy eating simple and enjoyable! You will be able to select from a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options.
I take a nutrient-first approach, shifting the focus from what food does to your body to what it can do for your body. While calories can be a helpful guide and educational tool, this program isn’t ONLY about hitting numbers - it’s about learning how to fuel your body without obsession. You will learn how to trust in your body and build your nutritional knowledge base - a skill that you can take with you for life.

Weekly online check-in’s: to reflect on your progress and receive support and feedback each week.

The cost for coaching is $80/wk.
*Minimum 12 weeks commitment. My coaching is not about quick fixes - it’s about implementing sustainable habits and changes that not only get you to your goal, but that you will also get to have with you for life. After the initial 12 weeks, you have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis.
