INGREDIENTS

  • 2 weetbix

  • 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1/4 cup of water

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 cup soy milk (or plant milk of choice)

    To top:

    • Plant-based yogurt

    • Sliced banana

    • Cacao powder

METHOD

  1. Crush the weetbix into a jar, bowl, or fancy cup of choice and add in the protein powder, flaxseed, cacao powder.

  2. Add in the coffee mixture and soy milk and stir until well-combined.

  3. Leave to sit in the fridge overnight or 3-4 hours until chilled.

  4. Top with sliced bananas, plant-based yogurt, and a dusting of cacao powder and enjoy!
