INGREDIENTS
2 weetbix
1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup soy milk (or plant milk of choice)
To top:
Plant-based yogurt
Sliced banana
Cacao powder
METHOD
Crush the weetbix into a jar, bowl, or fancy cup of choice and add in the protein powder, flaxseed, cacao powder.
Add in the coffee mixture and soy milk and stir until well-combined.
Leave to sit in the fridge overnight or 3-4 hours until chilled.
Top with sliced bananas, plant-based yogurt, and a dusting of cacao powder and enjoy!
