INGREDIENTS
1 cup plant-milk
1 large frozen banana
75g frozen spinach or kale
30g vanilla protein powder
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a high powder blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in your favourite bowl or glass and top with extra cacao nibs - enjoy!
