INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant-milk

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 75g frozen spinach or kale

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powder blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in your favourite bowl or glass and top with extra cacao nibs - enjoy!
