INGREDIENTS
Your favourite sourdough bread, sliced (option to use GF bread)
1/2 avocado
1/2 tin lentils, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp each smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder
Fresh tomato, sliced to top
Salt & pepper
METHOD
In a small non-stick or lightly greased pan, fry the lentils and spices over medium heat until completely heated through.
Toast your sourdough, top with avocado, lentil mixture, tomatoes, and enjoy!
