INGREDIENTS

  • Your favourite sourdough bread, sliced (option to use GF bread)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 tin lentils, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 tsp each smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder

  • Fresh tomato, sliced to top

  • Salt & pepper

METHOD

  1. In a small non-stick or lightly greased pan, fry the lentils and spices over medium heat until completely heated through.

  2. Toast your sourdough, top with avocado, lentil mixture, tomatoes, and enjoy!
