INGREDIENTS
1 banana, sliced lengthwise
30g chocolate vegan protein powder (you can also use vanilla!)
Plant-milk of choice
Toppings: fresh berries & peanut butter (or other toppings of choice)
METHOD
In a small bowl, slowly mix the plant-milk into the protein powder until a thick mousse consistency is reached.
Assemble the sliced banana, protein mousse, fresh berries & peanut butter on a plate - and enjoy!
