Hi there! I'm Tamsin - a dietitian, Pilates instructor & founder of We Are One Wellness.
I’m here to help you eat, move, and live with intention - in a way that nourishes your body, supports your mind, and respects the planet.
After years of fad diets, disordered eating, and navigating chronic illness, I’ve learned the importance of balance, self-compassion, and sustainable routines that truly work with your body.
Through nourishing plant-based recipes, strength-based training, journal prompts, daily routines, and simplified wellness advice - I’m here to help you build confidence, reconnect with your body, live from a place of self-worth, and glow from the inside out.
