We discuss everything from physical to mental health and work together to create weekly sessions that are personalised to you and your goals. We take a holistic look at your diet, lifestyle, movement, and mindset to have you feeling your best. More than purely nutrition guidance, we also explore your self-beliefs and work on shifting your mindset to set you up for the healthy habits we work on implementing so they stick for life.

As a registered dietitian, Pilates instructor, and environmental management graduate - I am on a mission to help others live, eat, and move with intention.
Born and raised in Australia, I have always been surrounded by animals, nature, and naturally developed great respect for the environment, our planet, and all the life that we share it with. This led me to find plant-based eating and adopting a vegan diet. After falling into the trap of one too many FAD diets, I wanted to simplify plant-based eating to prevent others from making the same mistakes I did and help nourish our bodies in a way that benefits both people and planet.
After also struggling with an eating disorder and my relationship with food and body image for many years, and finally coming to find balance through rediscovering my self-worth, and starting to work out to strengthen rather than shrink my body, I not only grew my glutes but I grew my confidence and found my love for fitness - and it is now my goal to help others find peace with food, their body, and themselves.
In 2020 I developed chronic IBS as a result of appendicitis which has been one of the most challenging, yet strengthening hurdles of my life. This experience has naturally led me towards discovering the importance of mental health, self-worth, compassion, the mind-body connection, and showing up for yourself no matter what.
From all of my experiences, my purpose is to help women reach their health goals, fall in love with food and fitness, embrace body growth and getting stronger, and inspire them think beyond their bodies when it comes to wellness and consider our footprint as humans on the planet when it comes to our food choices.
This is where We Are One Wellness was born - to help others move their body from a place of self-love and acceptance, and eat in a way that nourishes your body and the planet, while still achieving your glute goals. We only have one mind, one body, and one planet and We Are One was created to help you take care of them.
