This is a 12-week health & nutrition program to help strengthen your body & mind. Through plant-based foods, targeted strength training, lifestyle habits and mindset shifts - this program will help you build physical and mental strength, nourish your body, and glow from the inside out.

Grow your body AND your mind. We work towards achieving your physical goals, while also developing mental resilience and a mindset rooted in gratitude, self love, and compassion for yourself and your body.
Nutrition education. I will teach you how to build balanced, nourishing meals that align with your goals, empowering you with knowledge that you’ll carry with you for life. No strict meal plans here - instead you will have access to a library of high protein plant-based recipes to get you to your goals.
Signature 3:3:2 Workout Program. A carefully designed approach to training that focuses on growing your glutes, improving flexibility, posture, and building confidence both inside and outside of the gym.
Personalised plant-based guidance. I help modify your diet to meet your specific needs and goals, while addressing common plant-based challenges, ensuring you feel nourished, energised, and supported every step of the way.
Holistic approach. Everything in our body is connected, so to ensure your wellness journey is balanced and sustainable - we go beyond your diet and address mindset, sleep, stress, self-love, and movement.
Nutrient-first approach. Shifting the focus from what food is doing to your body and instead looking at what it can do for your body. Prioritising nutrients over numbers and developing eating habits that fuel your energy, skin, and body as a whole.
Inner work for outer results. Doing the inner work so that you can work towards your goals from a place of self-love and acceptance rather than resistance.
WHY TRUST ME AS YOUR COACH?
I spent years of my life struggling with my relationship with food, exercise, and basing all of my worth on what I looked like. Prioritising aesthetics over my health, convinced I could only have one or the other - never both.
To now eating to nourish my body and my goals, working out to strengthen not shrink myself, and living my life from a place of self-love. I have gone from trying to keep myself as small as possible, to embracing growth in my body and my mind - and I want to help you do the same.
The common theme through all of these struggles, was a lack of self-worth. The way we think, feel, and talk about ourselves is the foundation of everything that follows - how we eat, how we move, how we live, and what we achieve. You need to know your worth to be successful in any aspect of your life, and my approach focuses on learning to love yourself where you’re at, while working towards your goals.
I know what it’s like to not always have agency over your body - and how to move through that with grace, and not let it stop you from achieving your goals. I know how disheartening it feels to do all the right things for your body, to pour your energy into planning and showing up, for what feels like nothing in return. Like you're not living up to your potential, even when you're giving it your all - and I want to help you find another way so that you can feel your best mentally and physically.
My approach to health and wellness is holistic. We look at all areas of your life to achieve your health and wellness goals. Just like in nature, everything in our bodies is connected and therefore in order to achieve the outer work, we must first do the inner work in order for our goals to be sustainable and enjoyable. We take a look at your diet, lifestyle, movement, and mindset to have you feeling your best and healthiest self.
Sometimes all you need is a bit of support and knowledge to help you through the other side - and that’s exactly what you’ll be getting with me in your corner.
