Inside Glow & Grow, we focus on more than just food or fitness. You’ll also learn how to eat to feel good, protect the planet, and glow from the inside out using a nutrient-first approach. Through a combination of tailored nutrition guidance, intentional workouts I personally use, and weekly coaching to support your mindset and habits - we will build a body and lifestyle you truly love.

    Learn to nourish your body on a plant-based diet with confidence. We work on healing your relationship with food, improving gut health, energy, muscle growth, and glowing skin without obsessing over calories. We focus on nourishment, not numbers.

  • Movement.

    Build strength and confidence without the punishment or obsession. Using our signature 3:3:2 method - we’ll design a training plan that aligns with your energy and goals, making your workouts work for you, not the other way around.

  • Wellness.

    Develop routines to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what makes you feel your best. You’ll learn to create space for calm, clarity, and presence in every day life to show up as the best version of yourself - inside and out.

  • Resilience.

    Build inner strength and self-confidence. This is about self-trust, consistency, and navigating challenges with grace. You’ll learn to feel grounded, capable, and confident in yourself and your ability to sustain your results long-term.

KEY FEATURES OF GLOW & GROW

  • While the fundamentals of a structured training plan remain the same, our bodies, lifestyles, and fitness level are unique - and your plan should be too. 

    In my program I use my signature 3:3:2 training method, incorporating strength training, yoga/pilates, and cardio designed to sculpt defined curves, grow your glutes, and improve flexibility and mobility - so you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body.

  • Finding high-protein plant-based meals can be difficult - with many recipes including foods that aren’t actually getting you any closer to your goals despite your hardest efforts.

    In my coaching program you will have access to a library of delicious, high-protein, plant-based meals making healthy eating simple and enjoyable! You will be able to select from a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options.

    I’m not about giving rigid meal plans - instead I take a nutrient-first approach, shifting the focus from what food does to your body to what it can do for your body. While calories can be a helpful guide and educational tool, this program isn’t about obsessing over calories or perfection. It’s about fuelling yourself in a way that supports your body, inside and out - incorporating Ayurvedic principles to aid with digestion and overall energy. You will learn how to trust in your body and build your nutritional knowledge base - a skill that you can take with you for life.

  • I know what it’s like to struggle with your relationship to food and exercise. To be new to plant-based nutrition and fitness - it took me years to figure out what truly works and what doesn’t. That’s why I created this program: to give you a proven and sustainable path to reaching your goals.

    As a Registered Dietitian, I ensure your plant-based diet fuels your body properly while helping you build strength, energy, and confidence, without the restriction or guilt.

    With my personalised approach, you’re never alone in this journey. From day one, I’m here to support, guide, and motivate you - not just through movement and nutrition, but in helping you cultivate self-love, confidence, and a healthier relationship with food and your body.

    We will have weekly check-ins, not just to track progress, but to overcome mental blocks, shift negative self-talk, and help you stay focused on becoming the strongest, most confident version of yourself.

  • The foods we eat and the workouts we do matter - but what matters just as much is our relationship with them and with ourselves. In a world that constantly tells us we aren’t enough, my coaching program shifts the focus to everything you already are.

    You’ll learn to embrace the in-between - the space where you haven’t yet reached your goals but are actively working toward them. Instead of wanting to change from a place of self-hate, you’ll move from a place of self-love, allowing you to show up for yourself consistently and with kindness.

    There’s nothing wrong with having goals, or wanting to change things about ourselves - but when we learn to move out of love for ourselves and our bodies, everything changes. This is deeper than a meal plan and workout program - it’s about building a sustainable lifestyle and a compassionate mindset that supports you in the long-term.

    And for those navigating chronic illness or invisible symptoms, this goes even deeper. My approach helps you learn to meet yourself where you’re at - even when life doesn’t go to plan. Through Glow & Grow, you’ll learn to see adversity not as a setback, but as an invitation to build resilience, deepen self-trust, and find new ways to show up for yourself - with grace, flexibility, and strength.

  • A personalised wellness plan: together we go through your current lifestyle and challenges to get to your goals. We break down exactly what you need to feel like your healthiest self mentally and physically by creating healthy habits to diet and curating a sustainable workout plan that fits your life, rather than the other way around.

  • 1:1 Onboarding Call: We’ll begin your program together with a 1:1 video call to explore your goals, lifestyle, and challenges on a deeper level. This is where we set your foundation - aligning your mindset, nutrition, and movement plan so you feel clear, confident, and supported from day one.

  • Customised meal guide & movement plan: No rigid meal plans here, instead you will be given a meal guide as inspiration, suited to your personal goals. Ensuring that plant-based nutrition basics are being met. We focus on nourishment over numbers.   • Weekly check-ins: Submit your progress, wins, and any barriers each week, and receive a personalised feedback from me. These check-ins allow you to receive my guidance on your schedule, while still feeling supported every step of the way.

  • Access to the We Are One Platform: Filled with your workouts, plant-based recipes, meal guides, and wellness tips - a platform to support your journey and help you become the best version of yourself.

  • Mon - Fri communication and support I will be with you every step of the way as wellness becomes your new normal.

  • 1:1 Celebration & Reflection Call: At the end of your 8-week journey, we’ll jump on another 1:1 call to reflect on your growth, celebrate your progress, and create a plan to maintain your results. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, clear, and proud of what you’ve achieved.
