This will be a 3-month program for a total mind and body transformation. We dive deep into nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and mindset so you can be your healthiest and happiest self through nourishing plant-based foods, mindset shifts, developing healthy habits, and more. This program was made to have you feeling confident in your food choices, your body, and yourself. Weekly virtual 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to your needs to support and guide you through your health and wellness journey.
Personalised plan: together we go through your current lifestyle and challenges to get to your goals. We break down exactly what you need to feel like your healthiest self mentally and physically by creating healthy diet, fitness, lifestyle, and mindset shifts over the next 12-weeks.
Non-restrictive plant-based nutrition education to help you thrive! Together we will ensure you’re meeting all of your nutritional needs with an educated intuitive eating approach. Rather than counting calories, the focus is on education around food and improving the quality of your overall diet ensuring all needs are being met on a plant-based diet. Then we can dive deeper into things based on your unique needs and goals such as muscle building/weight loss. We troubleshoot all common concerns like low energy, iron, protein, and more!
A fitness plan tailored to you and your unique goals with a focus on feeling good while helping you reach your body goals.
Accountability and education from a Registered Dietitian around your diet, workouts, mindset, and daily habits.
Mindset work around cultivating self-love, food freedom, and body confidence.

WEEKLY BREAKDOWN
WEEK 1: GET CLEAR
Together we will explore your struggles, your goals, your values, your WHY, your current lifestyle , and the life you want to be living so we can make the most out of our time together.
WEEK 2: NOURISH
Unlock my formula to building muscle on a plant-based diet without calorie counting. This week we will focus on ensuring your diet is tailored to get you the results that you want and that you are meeting all nutrient requirements on a vegan diet. This is something we can continue to adjust over the entire 12-week program depending on your needs.
WEEK 3: MOVE
Develop a movement plan that is suited to your lifestyle and goals. We will introduce a strength training guide that will help you build muscle, while you will also have access to at home on-demand Pilates routines. This is something we can continue to tweak over the entire 12-week program depending on your needs.
WEEK 4: MAKING WELLNESS WORK FOR YOU
Develop a sustainable morning and night-time routine, focused on regulating your nervous system, gratitude, and planning to set yourself up for success.
WEEK 5: HOLISTIC WELLNESS PLAN
We will work on optimising sleep, hydration, recovery, and your overall lifestyle to compliment your goals and have you feeling your best!
WEEK 6: HEAL YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD
Learn to support your body’s needs and cravings in a healthy way, drop the all of nothing mindset, and shift focus from what food is doing to your body to what it’s doing for your body and the planet.
WEEK 7: HEAL THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF
Break through mental blocks and limiting beliefs around food, fitness, body image and self-worth, and develop a resilient mindset.
WEEK 8: GLOW
This week is focused on a complete gut and skin reset - optimising your diet to make you glow from the inside out.
WEEK 9: REFLECT
Review your mental and physical progress towards goals and assess what’s working and what’s not so we can adjust or continue as necessary. This week is yours to bring to the table anything you would like more help with or focus on to ensure you are getting the most out of the program!
WEEK 10: BE UNSHAKABLE
Build your emotional resilience through practising self compassion and mindfulness practices that help maintain mental wellness in the face of adversity and empower you to stay grounded no matter what life throws your way.
WEEK 11: STEP INTO THE BEST VERSION OF YOU
Show up as your authentic self, get clear on your priorities, and practice setting boundaries with people, places, and things that don’t align with who you want to be.
WEEK 12: YOUR FUTURE SELF PLAN
Reflect on how far you’ve come and visualise your long-term vision and develop a sustainable growth plan to keep these positive patterns in place.
