INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of vegan protein (flavour of choice)
Plant-based milk (the amount required will depend on the protein powder you are using)
1 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds
1 banana, sliced or 1/2 cup berries
METHOD
Place the protein powder and the ground flax/chia seeds in a small bowl and start to mix in the plant milk little by little until desired consistency is reached. You want to end up with a thick mousse/pudding consistency.
Top with sliced banana, berries, or any other of your favourites - and enjoy!
