This is a 3-month program for the girls who are looking for a total mind and body transformation. Together, we’ll dive deep into plant-based nutrition, fitness, lifestyle and mindset, so you can nourish your body, grow your peach, and achieve your goals from a place of self-love. Through nourishing plant-based foods, targeted strength training, mindset shifts, and developing healthy habits - this program will have you feeling confident in your food choices, your body, and yourself. You’ll be fully supported throughout your journey, with 1:1 guidance from a registered dietitian, fitness enthusiast, and more importantly - someone who understands the struggle of not feeling confident in your body and knows how to guide you toward your goals from a place of self-love. This program isn’t just about changing your body, but giving you the tools and confidence to look after your body and maintain your results for life.

  • Personalised fitness and nutrition plan: together we go through your current lifestyle and challenges to get to your goals. We break down exactly what you need to feel like your healthiest self mentally and physically by creating healthy habits to diet, lifestyle, and mindset shifts over the next 12-weeks.

  • Weekly online check-in’s: to reflect on your progress and receive support and feedback each week.

  • Monthly 1:1 calls to meet face to face and talk through how you are going and problem solve any barriers you are facing!

  • Customised weekly meal guide featuring high protein vegan recipes to help you build muscle and assist you on your journey, ensuring

  • Personalised daily habits via the app to help you seamlessly incorporate mindfulness and wellness practices into your life and become the best version of you!

  • Mindset guidance around cultivating self-love, food freedom, and body confidence.

  • Mon - Fri communication and support via the app.

*Minimum 12 weeks commitment. My coaching is not about quick fixes - it’s about implementing sustainable habits and changes that not only get you to your goal, but that you will also get to have with you for life. After the initial 12 weeks, you have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis.
