Are you looking to grow your glutes and your confidence on a plant-based diet?

This is a 3-month program for the girls who are looking for a total mind and body transformation. Together, we’ll dive deep into nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and mindset, so you can nourish your body, grow your peach, and achieve your goals from a place of self-love. Through nourishing plant-based foods, targeted strength training, mindset shifts, and developing healthy habits - this program will have you feeling confident in your food choices, your body, and yourself. You’ll be fully supported throughout your journey, with 1:1 guidance from a registered dietitian, Pilates instructor, and more importantly - someone who understands the struggle of not feeling confident in your body and knows how to guide you toward your goals from a place of self-love. This program isn’t just about changing your body, but giving you the tools and confidence to look after your body and maintain your results for life.

What’s included:

  • 12 x virtual 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to your needs to support and guide you through your health and wellness journey.

  • Personalised plan: together we go through your current lifestyle and challenges to get to your goals. We break down exactly what you need to feel like your healthiest self mentally and physically by creating healthy habits to diet, lifestyle, and mindset shifts over the next 12-weeks.

  • Customised weekly meal guide featuring high protein vegan recipes to help you build muscle and assist you on your journey.

  • Non-restrictive plant-based nutrition education to help you thrive! Together we will ensure you’re meeting all of your nutritional needs with an educated intuitive eating approach. Rather than counting calories, the focus is on education around food and improving the quality of your overall diet ensuring all needs are being met on a plant-based diet. Then we can dive deeper into things based on your unique needs and goals.

  • A fitness plan tailored to you and your unique goals with a focus on feeling good while helping you reach your body goals.

  • Accountability and education from a Registered Dietitian and Pilates instructor around your diet, mindset, and daily habits.

  • Mindset work around cultivating self-love, food freedom, and body confidence.

  • 3 months of free access to We Are One Wellness platform.

  • Building emotional resilience through self compassion, mindfulness, and stress management practices

  • Setting boundaries, protecting your energy, and stepping into the best version of you

  • Self reflection and planning for the future
