INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
60g vanilla protein pwoder
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup soy milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
60g vegan chocolate, chopped or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
Place all ingredients except the chocolate into a high power blender and blend until a smooth, cookie-dough batter consistency is reached.
Stir in the chopped chocolate/chocolate chips.
Spoon into 2 glasses or your favourite bowls and leave to sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until cooled.
