CHOC CHIP COOKIE DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 60g vanilla protein pwoder

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup soy milk

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 60g vegan chocolate, chopped or 1/2 cup chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate into a high power blender and blend until a smooth, cookie-dough batter consistency is reached.

  2. Stir in the chopped chocolate/chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon into 2 glasses or your favourite bowls and leave to sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until cooled.

  4. Enjoy!
